Save Money & Time This Summer: Summer Express Registration
Are you a student planning to move home for the summer? Do you want to pick up a class or two at the lowest-cost institution in Minnesota? Anoka-Ramsey makes the registration process quick, easy and all online for you! Follow these steps if you plan to take seven credits or less. If you choose to take more than seven credits, follow these steps.
Students taking eight or more credits are required to complete the online orientation.

Summer Express Registration Steps for 7 Credits or Less

STEP 1: Apply Online [If you have never attended Anoka-Ramsey, c hoose the yellow box marked "I Need an Account" at the "Apply Online" page.]
STEP 2: Under "Please select a major of Interest"/"Intended Major" select "Minnesota Transfer Curriculum - No Degree"
STEP 3: Under "Educational Intent" select (1) Complete courses, but not a degree; or (2) Complete courses and transfer without a degree.
STEP 4: Pay the $20 application fee via credit card or echeck to complete the application. If you experience problems paying online, contact 1-877-GO-MNSCU (1-877-466-6728)
STEP 5: Placement Testing is only necessary for some courses if you have not completed college-level English or math and received a grade of "C" or lower. If you took the Accuplacer placement test at another institution, please fax your test scores to the Records Office at 763-433-1401 or 763-433-1841.
STEP 6: Does your course require a Prerequisite? If yes, follow this step, if no, you have completed your process and may wait for your email notification to begin registration. Complete and fax this Prerequisite Form and your Unofficial Transcript to 763-433-1401 or 763-433-1841.
Congratulations! You've completed the Express Registration Steps. Your information will be reviewed and once approved by college staff, an email notification will be sent to you so you may register online.
