The start of a new year means new opportunities. Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Cambridge and Coon Rapids, Minn. is offering an opportunity for adult learners interested in taking a college course or two tuition-free. The college is working hard to get the word out about this opportunity and requests that anyone interested come to one of the campuses to speak with a college advisor.
