Anoka-Ramsey Community College shall follow the hiring and appointment practices as outlined in Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board policies, Department of Employee Relations policies, and all applicable collective bargaining agreement language. All staff appointments will be consistent with employee contracts, Department of Employee Relation Rules, Board policies, and Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity policies in effect.
