Current on-campus classes

  • Team Building Certificate Program
Learn how to build work relationships that establish trust, encourage risk taking, and create open and honest communications.  Strong work relationships create the free flow of ideas needed to increase innovation and creativity.  They create the information rich environment needed to determine the "right things to do" - the right decision, the right solution, the right plan and the right conflict resolution strategy.

  • Teaming 101
To Team or not to team....what does it mean to be on a team?  What is the difference between teamwork, being a team player and being a member of a team?  Learn the purpose and types of teams, when they are necessary, defining roles and team goals, the predictable stages of a team and how to maximize your team productivity.

  • Managing Between Generations
Good people in your organization have a difficult time working together.  You have tried team building, Myers-Briggs, and diversity training.  What is the missing piece?  Perhaps it is generational diversity.  For the first time in American history, four generations are working side-by-side in our organizations.  Learn to understand different working styles.  Examine yourself and others in order to understand generational differences.
