  • High Performance Supervision
    There are few factors that influence an organization's success more than the skills and behaviors of its supervisors.  High Performance Supervision (HPS) is a hands-on development program where groups of supervisors and managers learn, practice and apply the skills and behaviors they need in order to add the highest value to the organization. The principles behind HPS are based on proven adult learning methods of active learning, time to practice new skills and behaviors, real situations where skills are applied, feedback and coaching, application of learning to real world situations.

  • Management Fundamentals
    Managers and supervisors directly affect an organization's productivity and success, culture and work climate, client satisfaction, and employee attitudes.  Effective leadership requires a new set of skills in addition to technical job competencies.  

  • Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: What Every Manager Needs to Know
    Preventing sexual harassment in the workplace is everyone's responsibility. This course addresses issues related to sexual harassment and how the laws apply to supervisors, managers, and employees.  Proper methods for developing and enforcing a sexual harassment.

  • Managing Between Generations
    Good people in your organization have a difficult time working together.  You have tried team building, Myers-Briggs, and diversity training.  What is the missing piece?  Perhaps it is generational diversity.  For the first time in American history, four generations are working side-by-side in our organizations.  Learn to understand different working styles.  Examine yourself and others in order to understand generational differences.

  • Recognizing and Addressing Substance Abuse in the Workplace
    Substance abuse in the workplace remains a serious issue in business and industry.  This course examines why it is important to address substance and alcohol abuse problems in the workplace, what the main causes of substance abuse problems in the workplace are, how to recognize substance abusers in the workplace and what can be done to prevent and solve substance and alcohol abuse in your organization.
