The Leadership Academy is in its sixth year of building better leaders! Designed especially for current and future business and community leaders and middle-level managers.

Anoka Ramsey Community College, in collaboration with the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce, offers the Leadership Academy annually. Our graduates from the Academy are from area businesses, organizations and educational institutions and are individuals who wish to increase their leadership skills and to expand their capacity in the workplace and the community. Graduates from the Leadership Academy often go on to take greater responsibilities “on the job” as well as adding community-based and civic leadership roles to their lives. Every participant who has graduated from the Academy has given the program the highest marks of excellence.
