We are pleased to have you be a part of our team of master instructors. We have created this handbook to assist you in answering your questions about classroom policies and procedures, contracts and payments, compensation and other issues related to your role as an instructor. This handbook is a tool to make you aware of your teaching duties and responsibilities, administrative requirements, communication pathways and our customer service standards for serving learners. The goal of Professional Training is to provide the best knowledge available to our community in the form of seminars, classes and consulting services; and as one of our instructors, you are key in making this happen.
